10 Recent Coaching Outcomes

super you - personal life coach with Matthew Sarabadu

I am very pleased to work with all the people that I do because everyone of them inspires me to continue coaching.

People who come to work with me are all looking for a similar thing, massive results. Not the small, incremental changes that many people are grateful for but the big wins.

Don’t get me wrong, small incremental change is a significant result in a cluttered, distracted world and I encourage these changes as part of my coaching, but, the main difference for my clients and I is that these small changes are leading to that massive result.

SO, what does the difference look like, here goes:

  1. Weight loss- most people change one thing, do you think that is going to work? No, you need to change multiple things. One of my clients changed their diet, reduced their alcohol intake and took up exercise, that is what is needed to lose 3 stone which was their target.
  2. Confidence- a client of mine had previously worked to deliver a presentation and then never gave one again. Once I worked with him consistently he gave a presentation every two weeks at his company’s senior management meeting.
  3. Sales performance- often people will look to something like technology or processes but working with a client recently we addressed 6 different factors influencing their sales performance which included the above but also their home life, friendships, fitness and spirituality. This meant he became a £1 million sales person in an industry that typically has people selling at half that!
  4. Change of career- in many cases people are seeking to make a change within a career they have been in for years and find a similar role. When working with a recent client of mine we explored the question, what do you really want to do? The answer, something dramatically different and a leap of faith. Within a month she was in a role that she had identified as her ideal.

These are just a few examples but in all cases incremental changes have been made but with that radical difference, they led to a massive change.   If you or someone you know is looking for this kind of breakthrough please contact me here: https://transcend-coaching.co.uk/contact-me
