Once I understand a client’s world and have successfully created a base to work from the next stage is to then move on to addressing the problems or issues manifesting themselves.

Problems can be very dear to people’s hearts whether they know it or not. Why? Well, because we can spend a huge amount of time nurturing these problems and associating ourselves with them. In terms of an analogy, a good one is that of a child, problems like children cannot just be taken away at the drop of a hat without some form of distress.

One way to work around this for you is to move slowly and give the problem a purpose and make it a positive instead of a negative. This way there is no negative connotations towards the person I am working with and there is truth in the fact that any given problem at some level serves a purpose or need.

Once this has been done we have achieved an enviable position, one where the problem has been reframed. To take things further we can also in the process of reframing is to make the problem something smaller and more easily resolved.   If you want to discover how to reframe your problems contact me here: https://transcend-coaching.co.uk/contact-me
