Where do you want to go today?

7 Master Steps- Step 5: Create alternatives
27 Feb, 2021

Many of us get caught up in the daily grind of predominantly work and all it entails with a little bit of family and social life thrown in. But is there a better way?

The question posed in the title is a great place for any of us to start as we simply do not ask ourselves these deeper kinds of questions typically. The mere act of asking ourselves this question can start to create new levels of awareness. So, I say again, ‘where do YOU want to go today’?

It maybe seems like a very short term question but believe me once you start asking and importantly answering the question, more longer term and profound effects can be felt. If you start to ask the question and take time to enjoy giving yourself the answer in a positive way you can start to mix things up.

Instead of where do I want to go today, it could be, ‘where do I want to go this year, in five years, in a decade etc’? This is when things start to get really interesting. The important thing to remember is that starting small can lead to the bigger question but that if you ask the bigger question first you may get overwhelmed.

Overwhelm can easily take over at any level of the question, ‘where do I want to go?’ and this is where I can help. If you want to have a conversation about the question or overwhelm contact me here: https://transcend-coaching.co.uk/contact-me
