First things first, my coaching is totally bespoke and tailored to each individual’s needs, nothing is generic. How do we get to this point you might ask? Well, initially we will have a conversation or even multiple conversations to agree the coaching format that best suits you.
My aim is to be flexible and supportive of your needs and requirements.
It could be that we meet over the phone, via Skype or face to face. The length of sessions can vary depending on many circumstances and the frequency of those sessions too can differ.
The key is for us both understand what your requirements are and to then tailor a suitable package around that. At the heart of the matter is the question of ‘Can I help you?’ and the answer is invariably yes, not 100% of the time but definitely most of the time.
